Kundalini yoga - the spiritual path to awaken dormant chakras

Kundalini yoga is a spiritual practice that involves the activation and harnessing of the "kundalini," a dormant energy located at the base of the spine. Kundalini yoga's inner journey is the process of awakening this energy and guiding it upward through the body's chakras, or energy centers. This journey can be aided by a combination of physical postures, breathing exercises, mantras, and meditation.

As the kundalini energy rises through the chakras, it can cause a variety of physical and emotional experiences. Some of these experiences may be intense, such as sensations of heat or vibrations in the body, while others may be more subtle, such as a sense of inner peace or increased awareness.

The ultimate goal of Kundalini yoga's inner journey is to reach the crown chakra, which is located at the top of the head and is where the kundalini and individual consciousness merge with the divine consciousness. This is referred to as "enlightenment" or "self-realization."

Kundalini yoga has many benefits, including improved physical and mental health, increased creativity and intuition, emotional balance, greater clarity and focus, and a deeper sense of connection with oneself and the world. It is important to note, however, that Kundalini yoga should be précised under the supervision of a qualified teacher, as improper practices can have negative consequences.
